Flights Included: The package category is Emirates ECONOMY. We will coordinate with each traveller any special requests and particularities they may need, from the menu to any type of upgrade to Business or First.
This trip will take place in a group format but with freedom. While there will be room for everyone to feel free to make their own plans in Dubai, there will be some activities that will be common, such as dinner reservations, shared experiences, transfers to the circuit or navigation.
Price/person: The estimated price per person is calculated based on an average of the services included in the trip for the maximum number of people who can participate in the activity, and may vary depending on the flight class chosen, types of boats or vehicles rented if necessary, travel dates, as well as variable services not specified in the itinerary or services not included but requested individually by each client.
Booking: In order to reserve one of the 20 places on the trip, we require a transfer from 50% and for the customer to also purchase tickets to the FORMULA 1 ETIHAD AIRWAYS ABU DHABI GRAND PRIX 2025. IMPORTANT: We do not resell tickets; we only assist with ticket management on the official Formula 1 website. We exclusively organize the trip and surrounding experiences, but the transaction is between the client and F1, and we do not make any profit or margin. We are a travel agency.
Execution of the tripThis activity will take place if we gather at least 10 people who want to participate, and a maximum of 20. Once we have confirmation and payment of the 50% from at least 10 travelers, and the purchase has been made through the payment gateway provided by Formula 1, we will begin configuring and organizing the entire experience with each of you on a personalized basis.
Connecting people: For us, it is vital that the group experience is extraordinary, and to do so we will speak personally with all the profiles that attend the trip so that the connection between the parties is aligned and, while maintaining confidentiality, we all know what type of people we are going to find on the trip, undoubtedly one of the levers that motivates us most in these initiatives, connecting people around the world.
Price: Taxes applicable to the price of the organized group trip are not included and will vary depending on the tax location.

Book your trip with a prepayment of €500. The conditions for payment of the amount pending payment may vary depending on the type of trip and dates. We will detail the final conditions once we contact you after booking your trip.
When making the reservation, payment of a reservation fee of 500 euros is required, which guarantees the availability of the services contracted for your trip. This fee is not refundable in cash.
In case of cancellation, the 500 euros reservation fee will not be returned in cash.
However, we guarantee that this amount will be held as a credit in your name for future trips with us.
The cancellation credit can be used in whole or in part towards the reservation of any other trip we offer. This credit is transferable to family or friends upon notification and confirmation by the original reservation holder.
The only option to refund the booking fee will be considered in exceptional cases and is subject to our approval. To request cash back, you must contact us during the booking process and provide advance notice.
We offer flexibility to make changes to travel dates at no additional cost, as long as they are notified at least 15 days in advance.
Once we receive your reservation, we will contact you within 48 hours to specify the details of your trip and any required changes associated with the included experiences, number of people, dates or duration.
