This website, including the set of web pages that comprise it, (hereinafter "Website") belongs to SEAHAVEN TRAVEL, through which its users or clients (hereinafter "User" or "Users") can access various information and services on travel and tourism.
All access to this Website is subject to each and every one of these General Conditions of Use of the Website (hereinafter, "General Conditions"), in the version published and in force at the time the User accesses the Website. Therefore, it is mandatory for the User to carefully read the General Conditions before using the Website, as well as any specific conditions that, where applicable, complement, modify, or replace the General Conditions in relation to certain services and content of the Website, given that they may have been modified since the last time the User accessed the Website.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, SEAHAVEN TRAVEL reserves the right to remove any content provided by the User that violates the General Conditions, as well as to prevent or prohibit access to the Website, all at its sole discretion, without prior notice, and without the User being entitled to any compensation.
If the User believes, at any time, that another User's content does not comply with the General Conditions, they may notify SEAHAVEN TRAVEL by emailing the Customer Service Center. Upon receiving any such notification, SEAHAVEN TRAVEL will use its best efforts to remove from its Website any content that may violate the General Conditions.

The legally ineffective condition will be replaced by a new one, or interpreted in a legally acceptable way, which is as close as possible to the condition that would have been formalized had they known of the ineffectiveness of the condition in question.
7. Enforceability
The fact that SEAHAVEN TRAVEL does not require compliance by the User with any condition of the General Conditions on one occasion will not affect in any way its right to require compliance on a subsequent occasion or the right of any other party to require compliance.
Any waiver by SEAHAVEN TRAVEL of any of the rights or powers arising from the General Conditions must be made in writing. Failure by SEAHAVEN TRAVEL to require strict compliance with any condition shall not be considered a waiver under any circumstances, nor shall it deprive SEAHAVEN TRAVEL of the right to subsequently require strict compliance with such conditions.
8. Law and jurisdiction
These General Conditions are governed in each and every respect by Spanish law, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid for any actions and claims that may arise from this relationship, unless a specific jurisdiction is established by law.
SEAHAVEN TRAVEL may offer the User access to its Website in different languages. However, in the event of any conflict or conflicting interpretation between the General Conditions of the different versions, the Spanish version shall prevail.
